NOTICE: Please note that we will make every effort to ship your package immediately so that it will arrive in a timely manner. However, due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times once a package leaves our facilities as carriers may be experiencing shipping delays, even on some expedited orders. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding expediting your existing order.

Currently, In Giro only ships domestically in the U.S.  However, if you are not in the U.S. please contact us and we will review our options.

Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible because we know you are waiting for it!  However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods such as the holidays may experience delay, so if you need it sooner, please shoot us an email and we can discuss expedited options.

For expedited service, additional charges may applyPlease specify in order comments when you would like your order by. Orders placed by noon EST will ship the same day. We may contact you once we receive your order (and before we ship it) to inform you if there are additional shipping charges. Or, if you would like to know the shipping charges prior to placing your order, you may contact us and we can give you shipping options/rates based on your specific needs.

Domestic orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

Returns Policy

Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hang-tags are still intact. 

We recommend trying on all clothing items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of any damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. 

In Giro is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email ingirollc@gmail.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
